I dare anyone to come up with a better activity than playing with a puppy. OK, family-friendly fun activities… If you’re stressed about anything, just lay down and your pup will take care of it with his or her exuberant personality. This will also go for your adult dog, who will be one of your best friends for a long time. I’m not putting down any older doggies, I’m just setting the scene for this video.
We see a daddy laying on the floor. No… he’s not sick or in any danger. He’s got an adorable Shih Tzu puppy that wants nothing more than to play with his daddy. His tail is already in overdrive and he delves into a frenzy of licking, head-butting and beseeching his daddy to pet him. Daddy is more than happy to oblige, even giving several hugs. There is, as puppies are wont to do, plenty of nipping.
This video is shot from one perspective – from the ground looking head-on at the daddy and the puppy. They are having so much fun that it doesn’t even make a difference about the lack of different angles. There’s so much joy on the dad’s face… even when the pup nearly pokes him in the eye once. The fun continues until someone comes in the door, which is behind the daddy’s feet and the video fades to white, signaling an end.
Kittens can be high-energy too, but I’ve never seen one that’s anywhere near as rambunctious as this dog. When kittens play, they tend to focus on a toy or each other. They aren’t as prone to roughhousing with their human mommy or daddy like a puppy would. Puppies are just so generally eager to please that a game like the daddy is doing in this video is more than enough to keep him occupied.
