Einstein Can Be Whoever He Wants! This Playful Impersonator Works for Crackers! What A Deal!

It’s always fun to see or hear parrots. They are so whimsical and can imitate so many sounds. It’s possible to have close to a full conversation with them. Some are better than others though. A few of them stand out from the rest of their flock. They have that little bit extra of oomph and charisma. A little bit more personality shines through in their eyes. Like this parrot that we see in this video here.

Witness Einstein, an African Gray Parrot who was born in 1997. He’s been singing and doing impersonations for many years. His imitation of actor Matthew McConoughey was what catapulted him to fame. Look closely at some of the scenes in “Interstellar.” Einstein is in some of those spacesuits (not really). But this little fella is also capable of singing some pretty cool songs. Talk about multi-talented, huh?

One thing’s for sure. He’s not one of those prima donna actors or singers. No loudly demanding crackers. No asking for anyone to come adjust his perch. Einstein seems like a down-to-earth parrot. He takes direction well. It seems like he puts in the work and nails the song when it’s time. I loved this version of “Singing in the Rain,” including his cheeky “Bye-Bye!” at the end of it. This is one parrot who deserves more of the spotlight.

Internet fame can be quite fickle. Einstein and his parents need to keep striking while the iron is hot. Otherwise, things can pass them by. I’m not worried about that, though. He’s got the capacity to learn a lot more than just showtunes. Keep an eye on YouTube and maybe even television at some point. We’ll be seeing more of him.

Einstein’s awesome. Do you agree with me or do you think he needs to go back into his cage? Let us know in the comments below!
