Chip and Joanna Gaines are the acclaimed stars of the hit show Fixer Upper. They have shared many episodes and seasons side by side. These co-hosts and lovers have had a beautiful relationship together as well as a beautiful working relationship. With every day, it seems they grow happier, except for one unfortunately devastating Sunday morning. As the couple awoke in their home they had no idea what waited for them outside. The tragic deaths that would leave them in a state of shock. The loss of their two furry buddies.
The gutless coward decided to do something beyond brainless. An anonymous coward shot two of their trusting, loving, helpless pet goats, point blank in the head. The heartless murderer doesn’t care about how integrated these goats were into the family. How much happiness and joy they not only brought to the close-knit family, but also got to experience themselves. This just breaks my heart, what was the point? I don’t know why I bother asking, the question doesn’t have a rational answer.
The couple hasn’t come forward with a statement about the irrational, pointless act of barbarism. They still don’t have any suspects or even a clue as to who would carry out such madness. Though this act splintered the family, they continue to celebrate the lives and life that brings them such joy. The bitter, crushing reality of the situation is that the loss of life has no meaning. It was just a dirty and underhanded act that left the community reeling.
