Man Walks Outside To Play With His Pit Bulls. The Sheer Volume Of Them Stunned Me.

I’ve heard of people having several dogs at once. The most I’ve seen, aside from those TV shows about animals being rescued from hoarding situations, were three at a time. But there are some people, quite capable pet owners mind you, that have room in their heart for many, many more. How many more? Take a look at this video and see for yourself how many one person can have.

We see Rasit Kaplan, a man who looks like he spends a lot of time lifting weights, walk out of his house. He seems to pause for some kind of benediction towards the sky, and then he walks with a pit bull in tow. That’s far from the only company he’s going to have. First he opens several cages and more pit bulls bound out. These are large cages, too. He keeps opening more and more and it’s like he becomes the Pied Piper of Pit Bulls. I couldn’t believe how many there were.

Kaplan watches the dogs roam around and just have good old fashioned play. They roll around, they wrestle. It’s obvious that they all have great affection for each other – there’s no hint of aggression. Their daddy is enjoying the spectacle of it all too. All of these dogs running around in a wide-open area. They can let out all of their energy and not feel cooped in. They must sleep very well every night.

I must admit that one of the first things I thought while watching this video was “Wait a minute. How many dogs does this guy HAVE? It’s like he has an infinite number of cages that he’s opening. Is this a magic trick of some sort?” Nope, they are all his… though I agree with those that speculate that raising these dogs must cost a fortune in vet visits and food. Kaplan shows how much he loves these dogs, so it’s all good. It’s clearly not a hoarding situation.
