Everyone in the world wants to experience parenthood. It is similar for animals as well. This orangutan in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina also wants to be mother and even adopt a little one. That is why, the zookeepers decided to make her surrogate mother of little tiger cubs.
Even though females are always filled with motherly instinct, it is really rare for female animals to adopt a baby from a different species. However, zookeepers didn’t know they were in for a great shock when they decided to let an orangutan take care of tiger cubs. As you can see in the video, this lovely surrogate orangutan mother feeds, loves and takes care of these little tigers.
