Horses are known to be sensitive creatures, with those huge eyes and (usually) gentle nature. Foals in particular are known for being very sweet, but I never expected to see anything like this!
Sunny Bayne was just playing around with a precious little foal when the baby horse decided that it just wasn’t feeling enough love. What happens next is so adorable; if you like animals you need to watch this clip.
The little horse decides that it’s cuddle time, and promptly nuzzles Sunny before completely enveloping her in a huge “horse-hug”. Luckily her friend caught the awesome moment of bliss on video, and Sunny decided to share it on Facebook.
The response was so much more than she bargained for – right now the one-minute video has over ten million views and two-hundred and eighty shares. Talk about instant fame!
“Every now and again, horse people come across a horse that places a mark on their heart. This one truly touched my heart and soul,” Bayne wrote, adding, “I could feel her love and curiosity… she melted my heart that day.”
This unlikely kinship is just too adorable not to love, just like this lion and dachshund duo from an Oklahoma zoo. It’s a nice reminder that no matter what you look like, there are people (or animals) out there that will love you for who you are rather than what you look like!
