It’s hard for us to think about it sometimes, but animal abuse is a real problem in the world. Whether it is sheer cruelty or incompetence and negligence on the owner’s part, animal abuse is something that should never be allowed to happen and never be tolerated no matter where it is found.
These rescuers found this poor and abused dog just outside of its home. They could tell immediately that it was in very bad shape and needed immediate medical attention.
The owners had left this dog outside and forced it to wear a collar which was far too small for its neck, giving it cuts, bruises, and very sharp pains.
Thankfully, this team was able to bring this poor and suffering animal in to get the medical attention and rehabilitation that it desperately needed.
