English conservationist and businessman Damian Aspinall is renowned for raising and releasing of a number of a zoo-bred Lowland gorillas in Gabon, as part of a conservation program to reintroduce gorillas into the wild. This video shows him and his daughter Tansy’s reunion with two of those gorillas.
They are in Gabon searching for two western lowland gorillas named Djalta and Bimms. Djalta and Bimms were born and brought up at born at Howletts Wild Animal Park in Kent and were later released to the wild years ago. After looking around for hours, they finally find them. You’re going to be touched when you see how these beautiful animals greet their old friends!
