Christmas is almost on our doorstep, and people are already getting into the Christmas spirit. We can see decorations everywhere around us. These festive adornments are exquisite and eye-catching. In recent years, lights have become quite a popular trend. It has quickly caught on, and people are competing to outshine each other when decorating their homes for the holidays.
The video below shows one of these fantastic Christmas light decoration displays. I am sure every one of you knows about “Let It Go” from the movie Frozen. This beautiful décor goes well with that very famous song. I wouldn’t mind passing through this house a few times! According to the family that put these up, the lights only take $6 to run for the whole season!
There is a rather unusual feature to this display. If you look closely in the front window, you will see a saguaro cactus light up. This caught my eye because I am from the Sonoran Desert. The owner says that the cactus has been part of their display before there was a display. He and his wife found it alongside the road and fell in love with it. He says they live in Texas so we they get away with it as part of their display, and I think it fits perfectly!
