Growing up, we all had our favorite toys. These weren’t just cool things that we owned. They were meaningful objects that brought us comfort and joy as long as we have them in our hands.
For those of us who are pet owners, many of our dogs and cats have this exact same affection for their favorite toys. Sometimes they seem even more attached to their toys than we were when we were kids.
When this lion’s favorite toy was taken away, he was depressed and sad for weeks, wishing and longing that it might return. Then, one day, he was given the best surprise he could have ever gotten.
