If there is one thing in the world that you should never underestimate, its nature. Nature has a way of surprising us when we least expect it. People are astonishingly busy nowadays. They hardly have any time to look around and appreciate what their beautiful surroundings have to offer them. So for all of you busy people out there, this right here is a treat!
This video shows a beautiful creation of nature. It’s a tiny little hummingbird at rest. Despite its size, this little guy will no doubt sweep you off your feet. It is an adult male who has stunning iridescent feathers on him. His feathers change colors as he moves his head and the angle at which we see him changes. Seriously, it’s sort of unreal when you look at it. I really couldn’t believe my eyes!
Hummingbirds are a miracle of nature anyway, no matter what color their feathers are. Did you know they beat their wings up to 70 times per second and their heart rate can get up to 1260 beats per minute? That’s pretty amazing for such a tiny bird! No wonder they feed on so much sugar water. They have to keep their energy up!
The hummingbird in this clip seems to change before our eyes to iridescent pink, then green, sometimes black and even yellow. What color is this bird? It’s impossible to know.
