Being able to play a musical instrument takes a lot of skill. Having the ability to create the sounds of a musical instrument with your voice is even more impressive. Michael Eldridge did just that when he sang an a cappella version of “Christ Arose.”
Better known by the clever name Acapeldridge, Michael is a one-person gospel quartet. His talent is out of this world, and the video below shows just that. Sat in a chair, Acapeldridge begins to sing the classic worship tune with ease.
Romans 8:11 says, “If the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, he who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit who dwells in you.”
Michael understands that he has a gift that is used to serve God. The verse from Romans paired with the emotional and powerful lyrics of “Christ Arose” provides hope. We can’t wait to hear what Acapeldridge sings next.
