13-Year-Old “Ice Prince” Catches the World’s Attention

The Canadian figure skater Stephen Gogolev was one of the best child figure skaters who was a breakthrough junior just at the age of 13. However, unfortunately, the skater’s last few years were very tough. He faced countless physical challenges.

However, the child prodigy, now 17-year-old, had performed brilliantly despite all his injuries. He was participating in the program for senior ice skating and looked very confident. He was dressed in full black tight pants and a full sleeve t-shirt.

Gogolev took some time to begin his performance. Then, however, while free dancing on the ice rink, he lost his balance during his jump and fell to the ground. But he instantly stood up and resumed the skating routine.

The talented performer skated to the music by Armin van Buuren’s “Repeat After Me.” The choreography of the dance was fantastic. The skater’s success at a young age made him a familiar name.

The skater dreamt of becoming one of the top 6 ice skaters in the world. He went along with the music rhythm and impressed the audience in the arena. He proved to the people that, despite the injuries, he was capable of bagging the number 1 position.

The talented Canadian skater’s skating technique had matured, and his dancing skills improved. He was confident and showed excitement while he danced passionately to the peppy number “Repeat After Me.”

Gogolev was a brilliant skater; thus, he was confident that he would achieve a superb ranking. He patiently waited for the judges to announce the score. The figure skater got a score of 78.17 for the short program getting him 1st position.
