In an age where cameras are all over, the odds are that you will occasionally capture awesomeness. Recently, Gay Isber Miller was left in stitches while reviewing home security footage.
With the events unfolding on family property in Lake Somerville, Texas, Miller expressed surprise at the action. Given that deers usually walk on all fours, it’s perfectly understandable why she was taken aback.
The video showed one deer minding its business eating some corn feeder that the family had left for deer to eat. On paper, it was the perfect plan as it allowed them to sample more wildlife.
With the setting being a woodland area, the entire family was hopeful they would see the beautiful side of nature. Thankfully, they got more than they could imagine when not one but two deers showed up.
The trouble started when the second deer joined the first deer on the same spot, and squabbles over the food began. Eager to establish dominance, the second deer challenged the first by standing on her hind legs.
Peace immediately went out the window once the peaceful deer rose to the challenger and responded in kind. In what appeared to be a boxing duel, both deers began kicking their front legs at each other.
While this wasn’t the first deer squabble they had witnessed, this one was a bit special. Previously, they had seen two bucks have a go at it. Remarkably, on this occasion, they got to witness two girls go head to head.
