Children have given us the cutest videos anyone can wish for. The thing I love about children is that they are fearless. They often don’t have the fears that most of us have when we are adults. They don’t really care much for embarrassing themselves and end up having the most fun. I have to small children and this is something I have learned from them.
Now, when it comes to staying physically and mentally fit, it’s always better if we start young. It’s not only about eating the right things but also involves frequent exercise and having an active lifestyle. Exercise doesn’t only help your body, but it also benefits your mind. When we get older, keeping our bones healthy becomes something very important.
One of the advantages of having strong bones and loose joints is that you can dance with your children or grandchildren. Even if it involves dancing in the middle of the street. Just like this trio of dancers in the next video. Grandpa and his two granddaughters love dancing and don’t mind sharing their love for dancing with people who happen to be on the street.
But they are not your ordinary and amateur dancers, their dance moves are tight! Grandpa kind of reminds you of Michael Jackson with his white gloves. He also has a smooth operator moonwalk shuffle. He has the best two backup dancers he could wish for. When the three of them are dancing, you can see just how in synch they truly are.
The thing that warms your heart more is to see how both generations are seamless in their memory and coordination. They have invested a great deal of time practicing and it shows in how well they can do each of the dance steps they are showing off for the people who happen to be with them that day. I think I might even try a few of those moves myself!
The video starts with them in the middle of a pedestrian square. Everyone has their eyes on them. Their routine is cool enough to stop pedestrians and let them enjoy the family dance-off. The mini group drops some pretty fly dance moves. They are doing the whole thing, side shuffles, moonwalking, crossovers and even the running man!
