4-Year-Old Nephew Has an Adventure With Ponies

A child in a purple jacket rides a brown pony on a narrow path surrounded by grass and rocks.

In one of the most dreamlike moments captured on camera, a four-year-old is seen riding on two ponies, Albert and Ernie. Given that children tend to dream big at that age, it’s beautiful to see such fun activities.

What makes this video special is the fact that it is the aunt that captured this awesomeness while going about her duties. We’re confident it’s not an activity she’s going to forget soon.

The two Shetland ponies are residents of the southern England community of Devon. As trained miniature horses, Albert and Ernie are well-versed in mastering things their trainers have shown them.

Given that they have lots of fun, it’s the best gig in the world. Where else will you find ponies super interested in following not just you around but also your every beck and call?

The scene kicks off with the four-year-old apprentice riding a toy Land Rover Defender with the ponies walking closely behind. She later on alights and starts washing the ponies’ tails.

We then see her journey up the mountains and leading the ponies across a small bridge before she decides to feed the ponies with supplies that she had carried with her.

Tired, she decides to have one last hurrah. We can see her take out her air-filled pony and taking it down by the riverside for the final phase of the fun excursion.
