Is there a way for us to know whether our pet cat loves us or not? According to Dr. Sarah Wooten, there are seven ways.
The first sign that you rule your cat’s heart and mind is when your pet brings you presents. Whatever your feline friend hunts, whether a lizard or a mouse or a bird, you will find a portion of the prize left behind by your pet just for you as a present.
According to Dr. Wooten, the second sign is when your cat prefers to hang out with you. When your pet gives her attention and presence to you and loves to spend time with you, it means that the cat actually loves you a lot.
If your cat loves you, the animal will make direct relaxed eye contact with you. This is the third sign of their love towards you. Cats also express their love towards you by head bunting and tail rubbing. This fourth sign means that a cat in love with you will rub her head or tail against your body.
A cat in love with you will also make several signs with the tail. If the tail is big and puffed up or lashing around, the pet is not happy. However, if the tail is moving back and forth in a relaxed manner and curls around you, it means that you are the center of attraction for the cat.
The sixth sign to prove your cat’s love towards you is when the animal shows the belly. This sign also proves that your pet trusts you a lot since the animal reveals the most vulnerable part to you.
The last sign that your cat loves you and prefers your company is when your pet makes biscuits. It basically refers to their act of massaging you with their front paws. So if your cat does any of these things, it’s probably a sign that they love you.
