A Hilarious Lost Reel of 'Seinfeld' Bloopers

A man and woman share a laugh in a diner, while another man in a plaid shirt stands in a kitchen.

Jon Lott, an American hitchhiker, author, a twice-failed politician, and an ex-educator, came about an exciting find on a flea market in a small town of Raynham, Massachusetts.

Raynham Flea Market has over 60000 square feet and more than 500 vendors; hence it is not a small market. Therefore, the find itself is even more mind-boggling.

Lott found a DVD in a bootleg case with a bootleg design and a simple, unvarnished disc inside. The DVD contained an 80-minute-long blooper reel from the sitcom ‘Seinfeld’.

A man in a suit and glasses stands next to a woman in a striped coat, while two individuals in surgical caps and scrubs...

It turned out the bloopers contained were never released on an official ‘Seinfeld’ DVD. Lott speculates that the bootleg DVD was of a blooper reel made for the cast and crew of ‘Seinfeld’.

Luckily, he also decided to upload it to the internet for every ‘Seinfeld’ fan to see. The quality of the video is subpar, and it gets worse towards the end. The comical mishaps, though, are pure gold.

“We won an Emmy, you know,” said Seinfeld while eating ice cream together with Jason Alexander, Michael Richards, and Julia Louis-Dreyfus, who serves up a genius replay: “Yeah, but I didn’t!”

The whole cast and the crew burst out in laughter at the remark Julia Louis-Dreyfus made. The only appropriate thing to say after that is: “and that’s a wrap, people!”
