Beanie goes on to sing about staying for extra hours after a long day. She presents medical plans to her fellow doctors, who disapprove of her work. Her feet hurt from all the rounds she has made in the day. All she can say is “I Don’t Know, I Don’t Know.” She concludes by saying she prefers the wards to the second year, any day.
