Chloe the Beagle and Rue the bunny were best friends. The couple would do everything together. They most liked to go on adventures together.
The dog and rabbit would go on rides, seated side by side. They ate snacks at the same time and took naps together. However, Rue unexpectedly passed away, and Chloe was very sad.
After watching Chloe mope around the house every day, the humans knew they needed to do something. They decided to introduce a new pet to their family. They brought home a gray kitten they named Chlea.
Immediately, life seemed to come back into Chloe’s eyes. The Beagle was overjoyed to have a small animal back in her life. The two pets got used to each other pretty quickly.
When the two fur babies lie together, Chlea even uses one of Chloe’s floppy ears as a blanket during nap time. It’s adorable to watch these two friends interact and see the happiness on the once sad Chloe’s face.
Chloe and Chlea are inseparable, just like Chloe had been with Rue. The pet owners are happy to see their pretty Beagle find a new friend in Chlea.
The pair even goes on walks together, Chlea donning a harness. They investigate the beach and walk side by side. Chloe has shown that it’s possible to open your heart after a terrible loss. Love is possible a second time.
