In the living room, Kotaro and Hana the otters spend time with their human friend. The human says that Kotaro is very picky with toys, which makes it a big deal when he can’t get enough of a flying propeller toy.
When the propeller is launched Kotaro goes running off to where it flew, doing his best he can to catch it. If he can’t see it, he feverishly hunts for it where it last fell.
He loves to chew on it and sometimes brings it back to the human. His reward for returning the propeller is treats. Hana tries to catch it a few times but Kotaro is too fast for her.
Eventually, Hana seems to give up, and lays nearby being cute just so she can get treats. She succeeds as Kotaro continues to chase the propeller toy.
The propeller can be launched downwards as well which makes it spin like a top on the floor. Kotaro seems to enjoy this method more and loves to watch it spin before grabbing it with his hands.
At one point the toy is given to Kotaro so he can try to launch it himself, but he can’t do it. They go back to playing since he isn’t tired yet.
When Kotaro has the propeller he likes to slide across the floor on his belly while holding the toy with his front legs. He started to stash the propellers in one of the slippers.
