America’s Got Talent is one of the best talent shows that airs on NBC. It is also a part of the global Got It brand created by Simon Cowell. The talent show helps talented singers, dancers, comedians, stunt, & variety acts get a platform to show their skills.
Darius Mabda is a talented 14-year-old who recently participated in the show’s fourth round of auditions. However, as soon as he came on stage, he became too emotional, which touched the hearts of the judges and the crowd alike.
The 14-year-old dancer gets extremely overwhelmed to perform on the AGT All-Stars stage. He says, “I’m so nervous because this is my first time in America, and it’s my dream to be here.” But, he adds, “I’m more nervous in America’s Got Talent: All-Stars because it’s the biggest stage in the world.”
Mabda is a teen dancer who lives in Oradea, Romania. He won Romania’s Got Talent Season 12 and is exceptionally good at dancing. He started to learn dance when he was 6 years old and was inspired by AGT as a young boy.
Mabda did not disappoint the judges with his performance. His hypnotizing performance to Shawn Mendes’ “In My Blood” impresses Heidi Klum. She later tells the contestant, “I mean, you are incredible. You’re borderline a contortionist.”
Howie Mandel describes the talented contestant, “Nadia Comăneci meets Baryshnikov.” Simon Cowell further adds that he was initially not sure if Mabda would be able to compete, but he soon had a change of heart.
Cowell said, “You were so nervous, Darius, and then you started, and I’m thinking, ‘Kind of seen this before. And then it all changed. I have a lot of respect for you. You’re 14 years old. After winning the show, you come all the way over here, and you are competing with some of the very best. I think after you’ve given yourself a shot, I really, really do.” All the judges were sure that the super fans would vote for him.
