Drake Milligan was one of the biggest stars on ‘America’s Got Talent.’ He amazed the audience with his original song ‘Kiss Goodbye All Night.’ The electric performance proved that Drake has star power.
The country rocker starts off vigorously hitting his guitar to the beat and smiling. He is joined by a lead guitarist playing a teal guitar and a fiddle player with a black fiddle.
Drake starts singing the lyrics, ‘Give me one for the money, honey. Two for the road. I’m a long way from ready to go. Let’s kiss goodbye all night, and kiss a little more in the morning.’
He’s moving his body to the beat during this energetic performance. The background is a sunset on the road on a huge ‘AGT’ stage with plenty of fancy lighting effects.
Drake wears a blue denim shirt and black pants and sings with a deep country voice. His band backs him up with vocals while stomping their feet. During the music breakdown, the guitarist and violinist meet up near Drake and trade riffs.
Sparks shoot up from the stage on the last chorus while lights flash wildly. Drake rocks the crowd. He even holds up his leg, shimmies his shoulders, and the drummer hits the snare 3 times as the band spins around and hits the final note.
Drake competed on American Idol in 2018 and became one of two finalists on ‘AGT’ in 2022. He was inspired to get into country music by his father’s music which included Merle Haggard. Drake was an Elvis impersonator in his early days and even landed a part on CMT’s TV series ‘Sun Records.’
