Cam Bertrand is a talented 27-year-old comedian, and he put his hilarious skills on full display when he performed a brief yet memorable set for the judges and audience on America’s Got Talent.
Immediately upon his arrival on the stage, he set to work impressing his audience. With a curious accent and a clever back story, he had the crowd laughing from the moment he stepped up to the microphone.
It can be difficult to perform a truly great comedy act in the short time you are allowed to be on the AGT stage, but Bertrand met the challenge with his gift for telling funny stories.
He first explained why it is so difficult for him as he gets older because he still maintains a babyface. This has gotten him into a few difficult situations, and he proceeded to tell of one such time.
To celebrate his birthday, he went out to purchase a bottle of fancy wine. However, instead of being carded by the clerk, he was immediately refused service because he looks so young.
The judges were in hysterics during this portion of the story as he said there is no underage person on the planet who would ever walk into a convenience store and try to buy a nice bottle of wine.
With his gift for storytelling and natural charisma on stage, Cam Bertrand engaged the audience as well as the AGT judges, and by the end of his comedy routine, they were standing in applause.
