Irish priest brings Simon to tears with soulful rendition of ‘Everybody Hurts’

Now when you think you’ve seen everything. Here is a performance with a humble background that completely knocks it out of the park. Meet Father Ray Kelly who showcases his God-given gift on Britain’s Got Talent. This is something you have to see and hear to appreciate.

Father Kelly has quickly gone viral thanks to his heavenly voice. This simple priest at the St. Brigid’s and St. Mary’s parish wanted to share his talents after members of his flock heard him singing in church.

The Father sang an extraordinary version of ‘Hallelujah’ with special lyrics for a wedding several years ago, since that time, it has received over 60 million views on YouTube.

This humble vicar spends most of his life dedicated to God and using his words to help and heal others. But in his rare moments of free time, Father Kelly loves singing.

The humble man was finally pressured into performing on Britain’s Got Talent and we are excited he did! Instead of singing an obvious hymn or preaching, Father Kelly went on the show and competed like any other contestant. He decided to perform something that wasn’t a hymn, but still just as moving.
