Caretta is a singer/songwriter from Italy. Her beauty and talent would catch the eyes of any song producers that were graced with one of her performances. Before she became a well-known name throughout the country, she had numerous shows beginning in 2010 when she was a contestant on the Italian television show "Lo Canto."
She would make an appearance on "The Voice of Italy" in 2014 and has propelled herself to the top of the charts. One of the most known appearances she has had is when she performed a duet with the already famous Croatian Cellist Stjepan Hauser, a member of group 2Cellos1.
Benedetta began singing when she was 5 for the Cantata choir as a soloist. Today, she continues singing for the choir and has made numerous trips throughout Italy to perform concerts. She unsuccessfully attempted to gain entrance to the TV show "Lo Canto" at 16. Unfortunately, she was removed before the finals during the show's first season.
However, the following year, she went on to win the second-season competition. That, in turn, got her a scholarship that she used to study Film Production in the United States at the New York Film Academy. She continued to appear on the TV show that got her into the spotlight as a special guest for the next two seasons.
Benedetta Caretta is a fantastic performer who takes our breath away when listening to her unique voice. "Amazing Grace" is only one of the Christian songs she sings for us all, but it is one of the best. She has a voice that touches our hearts as she tells the story within the song.
