When one talented teen artist from the Philippines decided to hand-decorate her senior prom dress herself, the world could hardly believe her craftsmanship and creativity.
For Ciara Gan, the dress she would wear to her senior prom had to be perfect. And, as they say, the best way to get guaranteed results is to do something yourself. At her mother’s urging, Ciara decided to do just that.
Her resulting ball gown is truly one-of-a-kind because it is made exactly to Ciara’s specifications. The dark emerald of the fabric was chosen due to her avid Harry Potter obsession (green and silver are Slytherin’s colors), and the hand-painted tiger lilies are inspired by one of her favorite novels of the same name.
The resulting design is absolutely stunning and 100% Ciara. And people around the world have definitely taken notice of her incredible talent – since her prom, Ciara has had the opportunity to appear on Philippines television and also been interviewed by countless websites.
