Ardmore Student & Trumpeter Inspires The Elderly With Lockdown Concert

All around the nation and most of the world, people are learning to cope with living under lockdown. Small acts of kindness and compassion go a long way towards inspiring others to push on through this taxing time. A fourteen-year-old teen trumpet player from Ardmore, Pennsylvania, Aiden Peterson is using his musical gift to provide porch concerts to the elderly during the local lockdown.

8th Grader Aiden from The Shipley School has been playing trumpet since the age of five. He is also a Taps bugler for the US military. Not only does this outgoing young man provide this respectful service to the aging seen here in footage from March 2020, but he also plays cello at the bedside of patients at the Philadelphia VA. The young man has been doing all that he can to bring people music.

Aiden Peterson is just fourteen years old but already a devoted, contributing member of society and a well-rounded musician. The compassionate trumpet player has been providing Lockdown concerts to the elderly in Ardmore, Pennsylvania. Even though concerts were shut down, the driven artist eagerly brings music to others, inspiring with his sound and presence.
