We all need a bit of the ‘feel good factor’ and you can get your daily dose here after watching what happens to a newborn baby elephant when it gets trapped in a hollow at the zoo. What is so remarkable about this incident is just how quickly this baby elephant’s family were to react to what at first didn’t seem anything particularly dangerous.
However the moment the baby elephant lets out a virtually inaudible squeal of distress, like the 7th cavalry charging to the rescue, its family all rush to the scene. However this isn’t the gentlest rescue you will ever see as, after all, elephants do weigh almost as much as a house!
