When this clip first loads, we can see two things right away: a baby elephant and a bucket of water. This bucket would be much too small for a bigger elephant, but it’s the perfect size for baby Chaba!
Chaba has never taken a bath before, so she hasn’t mastered the art of getting in and out of the tub just yet. She starts by putting one leg and her face in first, merrily slashing about in the water.
Pretty soon, she’s managed to get all four feet in the bucket. However, now she has to figure out how to get out of the bath. This could be challenging since her stomach barely clears the lip of the bucket.
The first leg is easy, but the second one takes a bit more effort. Still, this resilient baby elephant manages to get out of the tub in just a few seconds.
Once she’s out, she wanders over to her mom, who’s eating in the corner. After making sure that mom is still nearby, Chaba heads back into the bath. This time, she decides to start trunk first.
Chaba splashes around a bit before getting into the tub again. It seems she’s taken a liking to the tub: you can hear her making happy noises as she slides into the water.
She takes a little tumble out of the tub, but no worries: mom is nearby. The video ends here, but we’re sure Chaba headed back into the bathtub soon enough!
