Benjamin the baby goat was abandoned by his mother soon after he was born at pot house Hamlet in the UK. He was one of twins but his mother could not take care of both him and his sibling. Nature is a cruel and harsh the and when this happens a mother has to decide to keep the strongest of their offspring to ensure the survival of the species.
Fortunately, Benjamin is not solely subjected to Darwinian principles. Nature might be cruel but Tom Horsfield is very kind. Tom owns a nursery in Barnsley UK and took in Benjamin and looked after him.
These two became quick friends and before too long Benjamin was an attraction at Tom’s nursery. People loved coming and petting Benjamin as he roamed around the nursery following Tom.
