Bella turns every chair with heavenly ‘Ave Maria’ by Beyonce on ‘The Voice’

All four judges of ‘The Voice’ rarely agree with each other collectively. So when they do, you can be sure it’s something extraordinary, something out of the ordinary. And, it’ll surely give you goosebumps!

This time, it was Bella Taylor Smith’s rendition of Beyonce’s song ‘Ave Maria.’ She’s a 23-year-old Sydney resident, who’s a singing teacher, and more importantly, a church singer.

Guy Sebastian and Keith Urban, two of the most hard-to-please judges, gave her the green card within 15 seconds of her performance. The others were sold, too, so they couldn’t wait more than a few more seconds.

“I will never probably forget this audition; honestly, that was a truly amazing performance,” singer and judge Rita Ora commented after her performance. The other judges were just as mesmerized.

Singer Keith Urban said, “There are things that you’ve been through, and I don’t even know what they are yet, but I could hear them, and I could definitely feel them.”

She chose to be mentored by Guy Sebastian, who had used one of his two blocks against fellow judge Jessica Mauboy. She said that she bonded with him over their shared background of singing in church.

She received a standing ovation for her outstanding performance. After an outstanding performance like that, none of the judges could hold their excitement, much like her students, who are also very happy to see their teacher pursue her passion for singing.
