Ah, Biff-Burger, a name that brings back a flood of memories, doesn't it? Those deliciously charbroiled burgers with that top-secret, mouthwatering sauce! We can't help but reminisce about those quick and tasty meals shared with friends and family. Who could forget the iconic roto-broiled method that set Biff-Burger apart? With the beef patty broiled to perfection and the drippings seasoning the bun, it was a taste of pure nostalgia.

Now, if you remember Biff-Burger's early days, you'll recall that it all started in Clearwater, Florida, in 1956. Bruce and Earl Brain, the dynamic duo behind the brand, built the business from the ground up with their innovative broilers and delicious menu. They even had their headquarters at a manufacturing warehouse in Largo, Florida. Talk about dedication!

But, as we know, Biff-Burger's journey could have been smoother sailing. Despite its initial success, the 1970s brought financial troubles and tough competition from the growing Burger King empire. Sadly, one by one, the Biff-Burger locations closed their doors.

However, there's a silver lining to this story, my friends! If you're ever in St. Petersburg, Florida, you'll find the last remaining Biff-Burger standing proudly, still serving those classic roto-broiled burgers with a side of nostalgia. It's amazing to think that this lone outpost has managed to survive all these years.
