Bigfoot ‘Saxsquatch’ Plays Bill Withers Classic on Saxophone in the Woods

The legend of Bigfoot dates back to 1958 when a journalist highlighted a letter about the loggers in Northern California. People have spent their lives searching for the giant ape-like creature, only to turn out empty-handed.

Little did they know that the laid-back mythical beast was playing sweet, sweet music in the forest. Dean Mitchell is a musician who’s trying to sell his house in Felton, California. When he’s not doing that, he can be found in North Carolina.

He thought it’d be hilarious to dress up as Bigfoot to bring people a little joy during the quarantine. To make things even more entertaining, Mitchell headed to the woods of Chapel Hill dressed in a Sasquatch costume with a bandana and cool sunglasses.

Using his musical abilities, Dean created the character he now refers to as “Saxsquatch.” Saxsquatch loves to break out his saxophone and cover hit songs while kicking in back in the forest. This time, he’s putting a twist on the classic Bill Withers tune, “Ain’t No Sunshine.”
