For most of us, the voice of 'America's Funniest Home Videos' is Bob Saget. While the show has had many hosts, Bob remains the one most associated with the hit TV show.

In the early days of 'America's Funniest Home Videos,' Bob would narrate right over the top of each hysterical clip. He was setting up the comedy with perfect timing. His calm talking tone set the audience up for the crazy laughs that were about to follow.

From babies spitting up on their parents to unlikely falls and spills, AFV became an American classic. This home video sensation was reality TV before it was even invented. We all tuned in on Sunday nights to see what wild videos Bob had for us that week.

This clip features the hits of the first-ever 'America's Funniest Home Videos.' Humans do goofy things at weddings, the beach, and in the wilderness, and there are even funny animal clips!

There are plenty of wedding clips featured since those were the most recorded events in most family's history. A montage of people passing out from the groom to the altar boy!

Of course, there are plenty of kids' videos. They are featured arguing and fighting, falling, and getting into mischief of all sorts. Parents play pranks on their children, including one Uncle who voices a robot to fool the kids.

In 1989, America was treated to the first montage of our own world on video. We could relate to these hilarious events because we had experienced many of them ourselves. Every episode of AFV is timeless and worth watching again and again!
