Brother With Cerebral Palsy Gives Best Man Speech. I Was Crying By The End.

Siblings will defend each other, no matter what. We see a video about Korey and Kyle, twin brothers who have the same infectious smile. There’s only one difference between the two – Kyle is tall and muscle-bound while Korey has cerebral palsy and is largely confined to a wheelchair. The way they act with each other though, you wouldn’t notice that one had a severe handicap. We see this video of Korey and Kyle at Kyle’s wedding reception.

Before we reach the best man speech, we see a montage of Korey and Kyle as they grow up from being babies to young boys to teenagers. There’s one thing that is readily apparent here – these brothers love each other. Their twin bond is something that is unbreakable. You can also see that Korey, despite what life has handed him, has nothing but an upbeat approach. Nearly every photo shows him with a wide smile. Now he’s giving his best man speech to his brother.

This video is over 15 minutes long, but it is well worth watching. I haven’t seen such a creative best man speech in my life. Korey really went to amazing lengths to give this speech. Before Kyle reads each one for him, there’s a video clip of Korey giving some kind of visual cue. They include him holding an electric beard trimmer to remind him about the time Kyle shaved a mohawk in his hair. It’s hilarious and poignant. Kyle is reading off a prompter for him.

Korey and Kyle are joined at the hip and I’m sure that Jess, Kyle’s new wife, would have it no other way. The best way to sum up how they are? At the end of the speech, Korey tells them to get up and dance. Dance, they do. There’s so much energy and enthusiasm when they do this. The rest of the people just feed off of that. Here’s hoping that these brothers get to dance with each other for a long, long time.
