A Brother and Sister Are Reunited With Their Beloved Pomeranian on Christmas

All Floyd and Barbara Mitchell wanted for Christmas was to be a whole family again. The holiday just wasn’t going to be the same without their furriest member, Brooklyn.

On Christmas Eve, the two siblings took their little Pomeranian on a few last-minute errands with them. When they arrived at the pharmacy to pick up their father’s medication, they figured it would be all right to leave Brooklyn in the car, since they would only be a few very short minutes.

But, to their horror, they came back to a car with sirens blaring, doors swung open, and a backseat with no Brooklyn. Their pup had been stolen by some heartless thief. And on Christmas Eve? So heartbreaking.

They immediately contacted their local ABC news station, who put up a photo of the pup. They also plastered their neighbourhood and the surrounding area with posters, offering a $2,000 reward to anyone who could return this pup safely home.

Luckily, a Good Samaritan was able to obtain the pup and give him back to his rightful owners. But where did she find him? I can’t believe anyone would have the nerve to do such a thing. In the end, everyone came out with a smile on their face for the holidays. But the biggest smile of all belonged to one very, very grateful pup.
