Adrienn Banhegyi is one of the best jump ropers you will ever come across. We don’t often think of jumping rope as a sport, but it is truly an athletic achievement. If you have ever tried it, you know what I’m talking about. But Adrienn has really taken this sport up a notch. She is a world champion performance artist when it comes to skipping rope and just watching her almost makes me dizzy. She has left many people in awe with her skills and I am sure you are going to be stumped when you see her do this. I just keep asking myself how this can be possible, but she proves it is.
Adrienn has been selected to perform for Cirque du Soleil as well, which is quite an achievement. Adrienn used to perform competitively in jump roping for 15 years. She even managed to set two world records. She won the World and European Jump Rope Competition several times. Did you know there were such competitions? I didn’t either. Not only is she an amazing world class artist and athlete with a jump rope, but she also works as a physical education teacher. Her dedication to her sport is influencing many people all over the world. Wait till you see her!
