‘Candid Camera’ was known for catching people’s most honest reactions. The show got big laughs by putting innocent bystanders into situations. In this episode, a gorgeous teacher enters a room with some students.
The handsome male teacher walks in and asks the two girls a question in the small classroom. The footage is black-and-white, and the girls stare at him in shock and giggle.
Then, the handsome teacher leaves to attend to a matter, and we hear the girls’ candid impressions. Both of the girls open their mouths wide with smiles in shock as they watch him walk away.
The girls immediately start fixing their hair, and one girl says, “Keep it down!”
The TV audience laughs at the two flustered girls who can’t even finish their sentences. In the end, the girl says, “He’s young too! He must be around 24.”
It gets even better when they try it with the boys. The gorgeous female teacher walks into the classroom with two younger boys. They both start breathing heavily but respond to the teacher normally.
The second she walks out, the boys both jump up and go crazy. They make faces at each other in shock and then start excitedly conversating. They giggle and stare blankly ahead in disbelief.
Another group of boys watches her walk all the way out in silence. Then, right when the door closes, their straight faces turn to childish excited smiles. They cover their faces and giggle so hard. One kid almost falls out of his chair! Another boy can’t stop saying, “Wow,” and even slaps himself on the forehead.
