The three vocalists that comprise the celebrated group, “Celtic Women”, left their audience breathless with their sweet performance of the Christmas carol, “Hark! The Herald Angels Sing”.
The ladies won over the crowd with their soaring, live performance at The Helix, in Dublin. The stage was glowing with festive lights, colorful decorations, and a magnificent Christmas tree. The vocalists commanded center-stage with their spangled, floor-length gowns and lovely, upturned faces.
When the orchestra begins the music, a lone violinist crosses to join the singers and the backing choir began to sing the beloved hymn. At first, each member of “Celtic Women” performed her solo piece before they all joined together in harmony to tell this powerful Christmas story.
The lovely sound of the Irish group conjures up an image of Ireland and evergreen trees and the cheer of the festive season. The choir and the orchestra all joined together in a most heavenly sound, lifting the enchanting voices to greater heights, for a memorable performance enjoyed by all.
