A spoiled bear assumes the belly rub position during his brushing. It’s an instinctual move that warrants an actual belly rub.
Mr. Leo is not your average giant bear. He is described as a big ol’ ham by the trainers of Orphaned Wildlife Center. Despite his size, this is the most spoiled bear you’ll ever meet.
The orphaned Wildlife Center takes in bears of all kinds. With proper training and nutrition, they learn to live in peace. For bears like Mr. Leo, the training works too well.
During one of his regular brushings, the trainers noticed that he wanted a little something extra. The giant bear rolled on his back and beckoned the trainer to get his underbelly. After a while, Mr. Leo rolled back onto his feet so that the trainer could finish his back.
It is clear that this sweet bear has turned his brushings into a daily spa treatment. He even tipped the trainer by allowing him a few pets.
Mr. Leo is truly a unique bear, but the Orphaned Wildlife Center is happy to have him. When people come to visit, this is the type of personality that draws attention. If the Orphaned Wildlife Center ever takes in penguins, then there is a good chance Mr. Leo will get a butler.
