This Chihuahua Was In Chains All His Life, And When He Got Free He Did This

As we all know, dogs have been by our side ever since humanity first established itself on this Earth. It’s been millennia since our relationship started, and it has just gotten stronger and stronger over time. We’ve both helped each other become better, and as a result, we share society in today’s day and age. But there’s a sad truth behind all of this. Not everyone shares the same noble sentiment that we have for dogs, and they abuse them for reasons most people just can’t understand.

But fortunately for our canine friends, they can find comfort in the hands of helpful organizations that invest all of their time and energy to saving dogs from abusive conditions and neglect. The Humane Society is one of the best examples of this, and they’ve reached this status because of their amazing rescues, medical assistance cases, and their help in many successful adoptions.

This video in particular tells us the story of Billy, a dog that was rescued from a puppy mill by this very noble organization. This poor little Chihuahua had very damaged skin and bones because of his malnutrition and nefarious living conditions, and he had spent his entire life in chains and behind bars.
