Parrots are not only beautiful to look at, but they are also pretty intelligent. This amazing species can imitate sounds and speech very easily. Some people might think that keeping parrots as pets is a big hassle, but if they are trained properly, they can be some of the most amazing companions. Take a look at this funny cockatoo in the clip!
Gotcha the Moluccan Cockatoo was sitting on the porch with his owner when he saw a thunderstorm roll in. According to his mom, when he saw that distant sight, he had a lot say about it. He starts talking and he doesn’t stop! But his adorable dialogues will crack you up for sure! I couldn’t stop laughing when I heard this cute guy talk!
Gotcha is apparently not a big fan of thunderstorms, and when he gets a bit nervous, he talks non-stop. His mom has conveniently provided subtitles, although I can understand a lot of what he says. He’s clearly a fan of the movie Toy Story, as evidenced by his non-stop chatter.
He has also learned a colorful word or two to include in his vocabulary, but he only uses one in this clip. He’s such a beautiful bird. His mom is teaching him to whisper as he tends to yell, according to her, during a thunderstorm. He’s a pretty good conversationalist and quite entertaining to watch.
