Country music has seen plenty of incredible musicians throughout the years. Willie Nelson and Patsy Cline are two of the most notable superstars to grace the stage. The duo sings a fantastic duet of “Just A Closer Walk With Thee.”
Patsy Cline created plenty of hit songs throughout her career, including “Crazy” and “I Fall To Pieces.” Before Cline passed away in a tragic plane crash in 1963, she left us a beautiful rendition of “Just A Closer Walk With Thee.”
Though Willie Nelson and Patsy never made it into the studio together, there’s a duet of them singing that classic hymn. Thanks to modern technology, one Youtube channel was able to upload a unique version of the song.
Nelson recorded his vocals on top of the previously sung version of Patsy Cline’s cover. While we wish the two were able to collaborate in real life, it still amazes us what technology can do. We’ll be sure to put this version on repeat.
