‘GoPro’ Footage Captures The Last of America’s Wild Mustangs

In a land of enormous skies and majestic valleys, Mustang Monument Wild Horse Eco-Resort & Sanctuary is home to over 600 Wild American Mustangs. Cowboy and family man, Clay Nannini, shares insight into the value of preserving the American Mustang while introducing his children to this icon of American history, and a legacy worth protecting.

There’s something very fascinating about horses; from the relationship they’ve had with humankind for ages, to their beautiful and robust spirits, there’s a lot to see in them.

One of the most admired and valued horse types is the American mustang, and if for some reason you’re not familiar with their amazingness, you should look no further than the video below.

Sadly, the natural habitat of these beautiful species has dwindled throughout the years, due to constant human intervention in their environment. There was a time when thousands and thousands of horses roamed free across the vast American grassland, but that reality has changed a lot since then. This can cause the breed to be lost forever, since horses need vast open spaces to truly preserve all their natural character, and without it, the Mustangs will never live a life that fulfills them.

Thankfully, many organizations have been created recently that work very hard to change the future of the mustang’s natural habitat. The video below was made by Mustang Monument Wild Horse Eco-Resort & Sanctuary, a place that combines the wild horses’ habitat with a human interaction experience.
