TV is always better with a friend (well, as long as they don't talk during your favorite show, right?!) You would have no problem with this cat as your TV-watching buddy.
My tomcat, Motorboat, does that all the time too. He likes to fall asleep like that and he is the best couch companion ever! No kidding, on more than one occasion I have woken up to find a 13 pound cat using my arm as a blanket. I don't mind too much because it's freaking adorable. I love when my cats sleeps on me! LOL Especially during winter:)
