Dad is melting hearts all over the Internet with his rendition of “Jingle Bells”.

Christmas is over, but I managed to listen to a good amount of songs from some talented singers. There were a lot of covers that were very worthwhile, some old classics, and some up-and-coming artists that are bound to make headlines soon. One of my favorite songs is called by many names, “Chestnuts” or “The Christmas song,” but I prefer the one that Nat King Cole sang.

The way he sings it will never be surpassed, although I have heard some very good covers. There was even a duet that the record company did with his daughter, the way they sound is priceless. I also managed to get some very cool playlists for the season. I’ve always had the problem of finding one playlist that has the Christmas hits everyone enjoys without having to be the ‘dinner DJ’.

Some of the songs I liked the most were performed by very talented newcomers. I remember one cover that I saw by a young man named Luke Lucas. It was the cover of the song “All I want for Christmas is you.” He sings un a duet with a young woman with a great voice. Even though the young girl has a great voice, his voice manages to sound even better.

He actually came out of one of these singing contests. He was only 16 years old when he competed and looked like your typical 16-year-old. He felt very confident even before he had started to sing. The funny thing is, he looked very nervous, but it was because he had a crush on one of the female judges. After he introduced himself, he said “hi” to that judge, and that’s when everyone found out what was going on. After that introduction, he went on to sing and he absolutely owned the show.

I also watched many of the classic covers by many famous artists. There was the one Mariah Carey did with Justin Bieber a while ago, and the one Leona Lewis did with one of the members of the pop group “Fifth Harmony.” That was the one that surprised me the most. I had my doubts about how both would sound together but was glad I found the video. They sounded so good that it was just as if they had been singing together for a long time.

One of the videos that I found presented something very different. It was a song that a father sang to his baby. The dad rearranged the lyrics for a classic song, and he and his baby are melting hearts all around the Internet because of the cute reaction he got from the baby. You definitely don’t want to miss this video!
