A beautiful horse named Dream was given a second chance at a happy life thanks to the folks at Skydog Sanctuary. Knowing the rough life she came from, the sanctuary owner couldn’t help but tear up when they brought her home.
Though she had a lot of work to do, you could see a strength in her eyes, and that determination would prove sufficient. The sanctuary assigned an entire team to Dream to help her become as resilient as possible as she was facing a huge battle ahead.
Soon enough, the majestic mare was running around the green pasture full of energy. The sanctuary decided to rescue a sweet little donkey from Texas named Joe Pesci. From the moment the two animals met, they were inseparable.
Dream and Joe love doing activities together, including snacking, napping, grooming, playing outside, and more. It’s lovely to see a story that starts with a need for hope and ends with such inspiration. It serves as a gentle reminder to be kind to yourself and you can achieve anything you want to in life.
