DMCA Policy

Madly Odd Media Group, Inc. respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of MadlyOdd.com to do the same. This policy follows the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512. It was last reviewed on May 29, 2026.

Reporting claimed infringement

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to the designated agent below. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail to locate it, such as the URL.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

A notice that omits these elements may not be valid under the statute.

Counter-notification

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). It must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your district, or if you are outside the United States, for any district in which Madly Odd may be found, and that you will accept service from the person who filed the original notice.

Repeat infringers

Madly Odd will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate access for users who are repeat infringers.
