Eight kids + mom’s sweaters + Justin Bieber = fun Christmas memories

The holiday season is all about family and traditions, though it’s sometimes easy to forget amid all the frenzied shopping. One family started a fun annual tradition of getting together and recording themselves dancing to a Christmas song. The eight siblings form quite the dance troupe! They don’t just dance randomly; instead, they put a lot of work into choreographing each year’s number.

Here we’ll see the fourth installment of what will hopefully be many more Christmas dance videos from this family. As one of them described it, “My family’s annual Christmas tradition is to make a dance to a Christmas song. There are 8 children in my family and half of us are now married with our own kids. This year is our 4th annual music video set to Justin Bieber’s ‘Santa Claus is Coming to Town.’ It’s our best work yet. Another fun fact is that every year we wear our Mother’s quirky Christmas sweaters!”

You wouldn’t normally associate the Canadian pop music sensation Justin Bieber with Christmas music, but in 2011 the then 17 year-old released his first Christmas album, “Under the Mistletoe.” It topped the charts when it was released, making him the first solo artist to have three number one albums before his 18th birthday. His devoted fans certainly wanted to spend some time under the mistletoe with him, even if only vicariously!

As you’ll see in the video posted below, their mom’s sweaters really do add something special — and entertaining, too, not least because even them men are wearing them. It’s a good bet that a family that has this much fun with Christmas songs is a really great group to spend time with.

How did you like the way this family goes all-out to have some Christmas cheer? Let’s hear from you in the comments at Facebook and don’t forget to like and share!
